Fife's first yoga studio, Synergy Yoga & Therapy Centre, is dedicated to offering you a blend of tools and techniques to promote your health and well-being potential and make a difference in your life.

Professionalism and accountability of staff are important to us. All therapists and teachers who work from Synergy are appropriately qualified and insured practitioners.

We aim to offer a wide range of therapies/classes to all ages and stages of life in our community, whilst acting as a resource for local services within public, voluntary and private sectors.

Synergy offers you, and those who work here a relaxed, comfortable, friendly, therapeutic environment. If you haven't visited yet, please feel free to pop in and see for yourself.  The urn is always on for a tea/coffee or herbal tea, and there's plenty to browse around in our shop which stocks mainly Fair Trade items, local crafts and yoga items.

Opening Hours

Our shop/reception is manned during the following hours:-

Mondays 5pm - 9pm

Tuesdays 10am-9pm

Wednesdays 10am-9pm

Thursdays 9.30am to 9pm

Fridays 11am-4pm

Saturdays 10.00am-1.00pm

Our yoga and complementary health centre provides a calm, relaxing, friendly, purpose designed environment comprising of one large and one small yoga hall, three therapy rooms, reception area, cafe and shop. Our facilites are available for hire by teachers, therapists and for appropriate events. Rental charges are as follows:-

• Therapy Rooms 25% of therapists charges
• Large Yoga studio £16 per hour (capacity approx. 25-30)
• Small Yoga studio £11 per hour (capacity approx 12)

Reduced rates available for day/half day hire. Our cafe can provide catering for events on request. Please contact the centre for details.

The centre has full disabled access.

Parking is on the right side of our building as you face the entrance. If these spaces are full there's always plenty room on the roadside.

Please note:-During weekdays our neighbours require full access to there parking spaces, so we respectfully ask visitors not to park outwith our spaces.

Directions from the A92 are as follows:-

From the A92 to Bankhead Roundabout take the B921 Kinglassie Road. Drive straight through the following two roundabouts continuing on the B921. Take the next slip road on your left signposted Glenrothes West & Whitehills.  At the junction turn rught. You are now on Crompton Road. Continue without off road and at the bottom of the estate you will find the centre on your right.
