Yoga , Meditation & Pilates Teachers At Synergy
| Margaret Hume |
|---|
Margaret has practiced yoga for 25 years and did her teacher training with the internationally respected Ruth White in London. She also completed a one month's teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centre in India and continually attends training workshops to develop her teaching. The yoga Margaret teaches is accessible to all levels, focussing on proper alignment, and on moving into the stillness and strength of the pose. Students are often surprised to find how easily they can achieve postures through well structured preparatory exercises. Margaret's popular classes are held on Monday & Wednesday evenings. |
| Gordon Hume |
|---|
Yoga has been an important part of my life for several years and I have studied with many teachers including Ruth White, Gary Carter and Radha Warrell. I trained as a teacher at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Kerala, South India. I currently teach a very popular weekly class for men, and favour a strong style of yoga (which challenges some popular misconceptions) that builds a strong body, improves flexibility, balance and confidence. Some breathing exercises and guided relaxation are included. |
