Local directions:
From the A92 at Glenrothes Bankhead Roundabout take the Kinglassie Road (B921). Drive straight through the next 2 roundabouts continuing on the B921. Take the next slip road on your left signed for Glenrothes West & Whitehills. At the next junction take a right turn onto Crompton Road. Continue without turning off this road (passing by signs for Hedgehogs Nursery) and you will find the Yoga Centre on your right.
By Air
Edinburgh airport is closest to Fife. From the airport take the 747 bus to Inverkeithing Station and then train to Glenrothes station. A 5 minute taxi drive will take you to Synergy.
By Rail:
The closest rail station is Glenrothes Station at Thornton on the edge of Glenrothes. The centre is a 5 minute taxi journey away.
By Bus:
Regular bus services from Glasgow/Edinburgh/Dundee/Perth stop at Glenrothes Bus Station. Taxis are available there taking about 6 minutes to arrive at the centre.
By Road:
From Glasgow/Edinburgh take the M90 over the Forth Road Bridge joining the A92 at junction 2A. Follow the A92 for approx. 10 miles. At the Redhouse roundabout take the 2nd exit and continue on the A92 for 2 miles towards Glenrothes arriving at the Bankhead Roundabout.
At the Bankhead Roundabout take the 2nd exit on to the Kinglassie Road (B921). Drive straight through the next 2 roundabouts continuing on the B921. Take the next slip road on your left signed for Glenrothes West & Whitehills. At the next junction take a right turn onto Crompton Road. Continue without turning off this road (passing by signs for Hedgehogs Nursery) and you will find the Yoga Centre on your right.
From the Tay Bridge:
Follow directions for A914 Kirkcaldy/Glenrothes/Forth Road Bridge. This road will join the A92 signposted for Kirkcaldy/Glenrothes.
Upon reaching the Preston Roaundabout in Glenrothes take the 3rd exit signposted for A92 Kirkcaldy and continue for approx. 1.5 miles to Bankhead Roundabout then take the 5th exit for the B921 Kinglassie Road.
Drive straight through the next 2 roundabouts continuing on the B921. Take the next slip road on your left signed for Glenrothes West & Whitehills. At the next junction take a right turn onto Crompton Road. Continue without turning off this road (passing by signs for Hedgehogs Nursery) and you will find the Yoga Centre on your right.
From Perth Direction:
Travel south on the M90, continue to junction 3, Halbeath interchange. Leave the motorway and turn left for A92 Kirkcaldy. Travel appox. 400 yards and take the first exit at the next roundabout for A92 Kirkcaldy. Continue on the A92 for Glenrothes.
